Those "When Do You Doze" Questionaires

RE: Those "When Do You Doze" Questionaires
They asked me the questions and I answered with 0s too. It caused me to only get a home study and not the in lab test. I won't make that mistake again.
CPAP is a journey like “The Wizard of Oz”. It’s a long slow journey. You will face many problems and pick up many friends along the way. Just because you reach the poppies, it doesn’t mean you are in Kansas.

Well, that would be annoying, but on the other hand, a home study may be all you need. If you have a heart problem, breathing issues or a previous head injury SAY SO! That pretty much eliminates any possibility of a home study, as it did in my case.

I was called by the sleep center to answer the epworth scale questions, and I started to answer no to many of the questions, which was not exactly true, only to be gently prodded by the nurse to answer yes on some of the questions or an In-lab study may not be approved by insurance.

I think it makes us feel better to answer no, but if you want the best testing, then answer truthfully.
