Haven't used my CPAP in several years

Looks good, Chris. Really good. All you have to do is stick with it!

(I know, easier said than done, right?)

But if you want to get the most out of life and not die early of a heart attack or stroke, you will continue.

Soon you'll feel much better than you have in a very long time.
