I'm trying out the HDM Z2 new travel CPAP. I tried the AirMini but didn't like the interface nor the fact you needed a special mask or adapter. So far liking the Z2, but only tried it one trip and one night at home. I agree noise is worse - though some of that seems to be from the hose/mask and not the machine itself, so not sure how much of that gets transferred to other people.
