Having trouble adjusting to CPAP. Any advice?

Definitely watch the CSA with SleepyHead. CSA can get worse with CPAP for some people.

Csa's do increase for some in the beginning of apnea. One study on pudmed says for many, they will go back down by 8 weeks on avg.
