RE: Is this CSR? How much should i panic?
So, I feel like I had another great night, but I admit, I still have an unanswered question.

I posted earlier about it, and in last nights graph, i saw more of the same:

Now, I know they aren't being flagged by the machine, but they are somewhat close to being 10 seconds long; it wouldn't take much before they were flagged. I have to admit, I am curious as to why I am seeing them only in the morning now before I wake up, or if it has anything to do with why I am waking up before my alarm.  I realize most people here don't worry until the machine flags them, but I see enough there that I am taking notice, and want to make sure everything is alright.

EDIT:
Looking forward a few min, I see that I had a flow limit, and it cranked up the pressure; sure enough as it was coming down, is when I had those 4 clears. Could it be me washing out my CO2?

I'd try min epap 14, 13.7 is the median epap. see if that helps. You may also need more PS, but you should work that out with your doctor,
The bpap has helped with your insp/exp times, your tidal volume and respiration rate so far.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

I wouldn't change a thing. Your probably tossing and turning and holding your breath each time. I wouldn't worry about it. Your results are fine.

My suggestion is for the symptoms he has from obesity and why the bpap was gotten. The AHI was already good

So, while i realize my exhale was not perfect on the Dreamstation, i did some looking, and saw that it was (likely always) reporting it wrong.  I can get a picture, but much of my breathing looked like the end of Sleepriders graph here:
http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...#pid242475
When i used the mouse to manually find the start/end times for the exhale, i saw that it was much closer to the reported times by the ResMed.  And sure enough, if i found the time between the start and that first hump, i arrived at the exhale time reported by the Dreamstation - basically, it wasn't counting the rest of my exhale, and so it looked way off.. my I:E ratio was really not 1:1

And yes, color me interested (and worried) as well.  I thought i had been making progress and was still inside the higher end of limits.... Huh

yes the machines can miscount and one of the reasons I suggested seeing a doctor in my post. Forums don't replace a doctor. My suggestion was to lose weight rather than get a BPAP.
It was an observation that the machine average is around 14 and you might want to try that as a minimum. There seemed an improvement in your I:E and other things too. Your AHI has always been good.
Your tidal volume was 480 and is currently 511
Your RR was 18.2 and is now 17.7

If these numbers aren't right and you can't trust the machine. It's even more reason to see a doctor.
