For now just concentrate on getting used to sleeping with the machine and work with the people on the forum in getting familiar with your machine and fine tuning your therapy, if needed. You've got two of the most knowledgeable members of the forum helping you and more waiting in the wings, if needed.

Thanks. I'm definitely going to keep at it, and hopefully this is just a one-off. As OpalRose suggested I've had a pretty solid bedtime routine for a while now, and am fighting the desire to take a nap right now so it doesn't mess that up. I did completely quit caffeine about 4 months ago, and wow -- I really hope everyone with sleep and anxiety troubles gives that a try, it's made a huge difference.
