Heated Hose Temperature?

Heated Hose Temperature?
I have not been using the heated feature of my hose on my airsense 10, because I like the air to be as cool as possible as it gets to my face... However  once or twice in the past while, I have been getting a bit of water getting to my mask, because of the humidity and the fact that I air condition my bedroom fairly cool. I have my humidity on at 2, and during this time of rain outs, I turned the hose on to 26 C to help with the water, but I didn't feel any heat or any change in the hose when I touched it. Should I? I haven't used it before, so I have no idea if the hose should feel warmer or not when used.

RE: Heated Hose Temperature?
The heated hose is not to heat the air, just the wall of the tubing to prevent condensation. You should not be able to feel heat. I actually like using a fleece hose cover because it is more comfortable when the tubing contacts my face or skin, and it helps with the condensation. I actually pull the cover over the smaller mask-tube.
