honeybadger79,
I moved this thread from Software Support to the Main forum.

It’s great that you slept well, but you will need to repost this chart for the best advice.

See the links in my signature line for guidance.

Pay attention to the organizing of chart.
We need to see the following graphs:  Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Leak Rate, and Snores.
Also, include the left sidebar.  Eliminate the calendar and pie chart, so that we can see all the stats.
Thanks.

Much better.  Your numbers are pretty decent, but I think the minimum pressure is a bit low.  If your comfortable with changing your pressure, I would increase the minimum pressure to 8cm.  And it looks like the pressure is at max when an Obstructive occurs, so give a bit more room with the maximum pressure.

In other words, try a range of 8 min and 13 max.  With your EPR at 3, this should work a little better by not dropping the EPAP so low.

That looks great. I think you are on your way to well treated if you keep getting outcomes like this.

Good job on the new chart. There is so much more information here that we can use. First suggestion shut off Ramp or limit time to Auto or less than 10 minutes. As you can see, your ramp is keeping your pressure at the minimum of 4 cm for an extended period of time, while your respiratory flow rate shows you are breathing hard. That is air-starvation, and most of us find it uncomfortable. Ramp is not useful if you can just tolerate the pressure from the machine.

Your current pressure is 6 to 12 with EPR at 3. Events are primarily obstructive, and these are very acceptable results with an AHI less than 2. I would suggest a minimum pressure of 7.0, and might move to 8.0 based on the results. Remember that your exhale pressure is 4, and does not increase until inhale pressure is greater than 7.0. There is a pretty good argument for the 7-8 minimum based on these results and where pressure is when the OA events occur.

I gave you some crap for your first attempt at a chart, and just want to say again, this provides the information we look for to help you. Well done!

Thank you both very much.  I really do appreciate it.  He’s what I’ve changed;

New range is 7-13
Ramp to Auto (I kind of thought it was though)
Ramp minimum changed to 5.4

Maybe i’ll change EPR to 2 tomorrow. Left it at 3 for now.

And sorry for the crappy picture earlier Smile

Your numbers aren’t bad at all, and remember that comfort comes first.

Try EPR at a setting of 2.  You may have to work your way down to EPR 1.
This may help with the few Clear Airways you are seeing.

Also, stay with the minimum pressure of 7.
