I recall seeing a thread or comment somewhere ( on this forum I think ) about how to train yourself to stop being a "mouth breather" .... it involved holding liquid in your mouth whilst continuing to breathe through your nose, it retrains where you position your tongue when your mouth is closed is the theory I think.

Though given my propensity for suffering from C.R.A.F.T. these days I may be incorrect. Unsure
