Hi, would you please explain what you mean by the flow limits, what that means to my therapy and how to improve that if necessary?

OK I sure can, I do have to disclaim I'd made a bit of a mistake as if I recall that you're on ASV now and the probability that the FL/flow limits may be ignored-ish.

IF they were a disturbance, addressing is via an increase low end pressure or maybe the PS. Now honestly my FL were minimal, below .25 at all times, so my ASV eliminated these.

What are these FL? They are a 50% or less apnea. A partial blockage to the airway, hence the consideration to add some pressure. Bottom line is does anything bother your sleep, disturbances, arousals? Yes, then this is a maybe source. No then forget I said it. We have other battles to choose if this isn't an issue. AKA don't battle something that's already fixed. BTW FL has a range of .0-1.0 so to me it translates to a percentage like scale. These get marked in the FL chart but do not get a flag, are not measured for time, etc. Look at your FL and you'll see the shaggy lawn look. The less of that look the better.
