I use the PR 560 Auto CPAP. It uses "Pressure Pulses"' but I can't feel them at all.
I can see on Sleepyhead where the Pressure Pulses are flagged, but I wouldn't otherwise be aware of it.

The air sense 10 puffs at me. In The morning causing me to wake up.  Why is it puff puff puffing? Very annoying.  This is a loaner to see if I like it and i don't.

I have a phillips Respironics System One now, and it is way better than the Airsense 10.  Instead of the puffs of air, it gives you longer before it has a surge if air.  The surge is more smooth.  I can finally sleep!
