Help Please, with Oscar Data
#21
RE: Help Please, with Oscar Data
Thank you @pholynyk and @sleeprider. I wake every morning feeling like I didn't sleep so my posts and questions are geared to eliminating my mild apnea as the cause and that the CPAP is doing it's 'job' as best it can for me.

@sleeprider ... what graph/info are you looking at with respect to chin tucking. That is, what indicators do you base that on so I can watch for it.

I suppose it's my 'anxiety' issue that's making a mountain out of a mole hill. A two week average yields:

AHI=.79
H Count=1.46
OA Count=2.38
CA Count-= 1.69

So you've helped me (and I thank you) put aside my CPAP therapy and look to other reasons I don't sleep well (meaning I never wake up feeling rested). That's a conversation for my 'head' doctors to discussed re: my medications and chronic anxiety condition.

Thanks again for putting up with me an answering my questions.
