Help! SleepyHead Problems and PRS1 DS250
Hi everyone. I just downloaded Sleepyhead. Imported data ( I am pointing to the SD card) and Sleepyhead is not reading the data correctly. There is no current data and the data that it does show is very incomplete.
I have a Philips Respironics System One (250p). I have done this process numerous times, even had my husband install Sleepyhead on his PC and have had no luck.

Any advice?

I updated the subject line so those that know the PRS1s can see it and get here.

All I can say is make sure you have the most up-to-date version of SleepyHead and that your machine is data capable.

unfortunately PRS1 250 is not data capable machine, just hours using the machine each night and nothing else (on the machine and SD card)

model numbers 450 , 460 (60 series machines) and above are data capable machines

Ah, that's what I was afraid of. I tried to look it up and didn't get much.
