Help interpreting Lofta results

Help interpreting Lofta results
Hi I am just looking for a little guidance on if CPAP therapy is warranted and what kind of benefits I might expect from it (besides eliminating risk factors).

I am a 53 year old male, average not overweight, mainly side sleeper. I do have fatigue at times and not the best sleep (average 6-7 hours actual sleep per night from Fitbit).

5 hours 43 minutes
Sleep time:
AHI hourly events: 5.7
RDI Hourly events 7.1
O2 Saturation Min: 87,  O2 Saturation Mean O2: 95 Saturation Max:98

Not sure what else to include? Is CPAP therapy warranted? Can I expect to feel better? Sleep better?

If so is a ResMed 11 with a nasal pillow (I have a beard at times but am also a mouth breather) sound like a good approach? It is a lot of money and I am totally new to this.

I also attached my report

Thanks for any feedback

After some research, I decided to give CPAP a try.
