Looks much better. I'm glad to say your results were predictable, and as you can see you barely hit the maximum pressure. I'd say you should hang with these settings for a while and get a solid baseline. I think you will like the larger nasal pillows. It seems most of us need a size larger than we originally think.

With these good results a cervical collar may be optional unless mouth leaks need to be controlled better.

Those are good results, and great advice from Sleeprider with using EPR.  Seems to have worked.
