Help understanding numbers
can anyone help with suggestions as to why my numbers are crap lately.
I tried to attach some screen shots but it says i have reached 200kb quota??

Hi Maternity Angel, Here's a tip from SleepRider in another thread which I have successfully used to post sleepyhead screen shots. Note: Be sure to check for any personally identifiable info in your screenshot image before uploading because it will end up indexed in google using this method. The 200kb quota note is saying the image is over 200kb in size. As a new member, you are limited in image size.
