RE: Help with AirCurve 10 VAuto Pressure Settings
I noticed you are using Oscar Version 1.1.1. The current version is 1.2.0. Please go to the link at the top of this page and download the current version of OSCAR. It will update your data and reflect the correct settings.

@sleeprider Here is the updated Daily from 5/11 using the latest OSCAR:

https://ibb.co/HX0TPHP
https://ibb.co/rbKSxGq

My sleep was decent last night, but not the best.
I still feel the stomach gas bloating today, but it seems a little bit less.
At the very least, I didn't end up having to take off my CPAP mask in the middle of the night because there was too much air...

@staceyburke My current Ramp up time is set to 20 minutes. I'll reduce it to 5 minutes for now.

There is no obstructive apnea, so we can lower pressure more if needed. The next step is just to set the IPAP max at 7.0 which will result in fixed pressure of 7.0/5.0. We still have a little room to move, if you need it for comfort, but only about 1-cm.

Here are the results with IPAP Max @ 7:

https://ibb.co/CMZHv4P

When it comes to comfort, I actually found it easier to fall asleep again after waking up in the middle of the night when I had the higher pressure settings.
Perhaps that's because I'm not accustomed to the lower levels yet. As for the aerophagia, it doesn't seem to be eliminated, but it feels slightly less.

Edit: the different sized cushions for my AirFit N30i arrived today. Going to try the SmallWide tonight; hopefully that will increase my sleep comfort

I think at this point we have found a range that gives relief to the aerophagia and still achieves good efficacy. What you choose to use long-term is entirely based on your comfort and subjective preferences.

Keep us updated on how you proceed. I think you're close to optimized, but you may find a solution in this range that still works better.

For now I've kept the machine at the 7 over 5 / PS2.0 settings that you recommended.

Here are some daily screenshots from over the weekend:

I feel okay. I can't say there's been a super big change in my stomach gas / bloating, but it seems less.
