Help with Chart
Hello,

I noticed I have some CAs, I was wondering if someone can look at the chart.

I usually wake up a few times a night due to having to pee and anxiety.
I notice I hold my breath a lot when I turn over as well as well. My sleep study did not come back with telling me I had central apneas. Last night wasn't too bad a night. I am still trying to dial things in.

Also at the end of the chart i woke up at 530 and was lying in bed for a while.

Everyone here has been very nice and has gave me great advice.

Thanks in advance,

RE: Help with Chart
You don't really have enough centrals to worry about. Some of them, as I'm sure you've guessed, are probably related to arousals etc. There is some periodic breathing there, after the obstructive event, but the obstructive event itself probably triggered them, and they wore off quickly.

So yep - don't worry about them. Just keep on going, and be aware but not worried. If they get worse in future, then obviously we can revisit that then.
