Help with ResScan software

HI friends,

I downloaded the ResScan software to my laptop. I'm able to see My statistics and summary graphs, but when I go to Detailed Graphs to see all details on my hourly usage, it says No Detailed Data available.

I know I had this access in the past but i'm not sure if I made a mistake after downloading or if i have another issue somewhere else. Can anyone help?

I am trying to download the ResScan software for my AirCurve 10 ASV. I tried it from the ResMed website but it wouldn't let me as a consumer...how were you able to do it? Thanks
