RE: Help with Resmed aircurve 10 v auto settings - too many events
Hey all! We finally got my husbands ASV machine and he slept with it last night with good results. Just want to make sure we have it optimized for settings. I will attach screen shots of his Oscar data. Thank you for all of your help assisting us in finally getting his machine. It is a resmed aircurve 10 ASV.

Congrats! That's a great start using EPAP 4-15 and PS 3-15. Most of the events occur during what appears to be ramp. Please turn off ramp or set it to Auto if available. If you don't find Auto and want to use ramp, make the time no longer than 20 minutes instead of the 45 currently in there. You can see the machine stopped many central events by providing a breath as needed, and the EPAP pressure rose to about 7.5 between to clear an obstructive event
On your charts, minimize the monthly calendar by clicking the arrow in the date line, so we can see all of the settings.

Hey All! SO - good news is that my husband is down to .3 AHI per night, however he is feeling air starved and that he has to "fake" the machine out to give him more breath - is there a way to adjust settings to give him more air?

He has also been experiencing pain in neck and back which he thinks is from having to inhale so hard.

If he’s feeling air starved raise the epap min to 6 from its current minimum of 4
