Excellent chart. This is where we only make changes to improve comfort. So How do you feel? and the Standard I feel fine is not acceptable. Think and be critical.

Thanks Dave! ?

Could the leaks be causing me to wake up?

Thanks Gideon.

I feel horrible. Exhausted all the time, waking up throughout the night. Can’t function during the day. I have to sleep during the day when I need to be working (I work from home).
This is every day. I wake up feeling like I didn’t sleep at all.
I just woke up now from falling asleep on the couch without the mask and feel like I didn’t sleep at all. I toss and turn every night.

How’s that for being critical? Lol ?

Ok. I’ll do that tonight.

I saw the respiratory therapist today and he said the results look fine, that he is pleased with how they look and there isn’t anything to fix on the machine or mask. He said to meet with my doc which I am next Thursday, cuz maybe I have something neurological going on. I started to cry cuz I’m so overwhelmed.

Based on that most recent chart, the therapy should begin to help you feel more rested. For quite a few, it does take a few days of correctly set PAP therapy for you to being noticing. We'll do everything we can to help the therapy be correct for you.
