Help with flow rate / limit

Help with flow rate / limit
Hi,
I've been using CPAP with some success for a while now. I still wake up frequently during the night and feel tired during the day, but there may be other causes for those things. I'm being treated for RLS, for example. Overall, my AHI is usually < 1 per night, whereas in a sleep study it was ~40 per hour.

My main question here is whether or not my flow plots show evidence of a problem, but any and all suggestions are welcome. FWIW, I have peripheral neuropathy, which I'm told may be caused or made worse by apnea, so I'd really like to get the best possible results.
Thank you.

I missed that you have to click two buttons to add an attachment. Added now. (I think).

Adding a more detailed view of the flow rate to make it easier to interpret.

Thanks very much for your help.
