Help with nterpretation or results and Prescription
I'm not totally sure what my results are telling me.  It looks like my sleep is pretty poor.  Any comment or interpretation would be appreciated.

These are not the complete reports. The complete reports should include more tables and charts.

You are in need of treatment and have hypopnea only, no obstructive apnea and no central apnea. Also have PLM at abour 3/hr causing arrousal.

Make sure you are getting a ResMed AutoSet (not a respironics machine) or a ResMed VAuto, a BiLevel. This hints at you having high flow limits

bonjour, thank you for your comments.  I spent a little more time looking up all the terms and think I understand the results better.  I noticed I posted page two twice in my OP so here is page 3.  If I'm reading page 3 correctly, it looks like the use of the CPAP did significantly help.

This sleep study shows that you have hypopneas, some PLM and spontaneous arousals. They are recommending treatment of the hypopneas via APAP and they did a test with CPAP that did improve the hypopneas.

They also make comment of significantly worse breathing in the prone position (laying on stomach). If you are a stomach sleeper it may be worthwhile trying to sleep on back or sides.

I am surprised at the record of "0" RERA (Respiration Effort Related Arousals).  If it is veridical, it's good, but I can't help but wonder...…..
