Help with oscar data for a friend
Hi,

I am asking help to check oscar data for a friend.

He has this older post here: https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread...IES-PLEASE

I managed to talk him into starting again his therapy with ASV machine with the prescribed settings and here are his results: https://imgur.com/a/5Ia5yje

It looks pretty good to me, but I am not sure what to make of the flow limit spikes. Does it look normal?

Also I notice his flow rate has some these flat tops, which suggests flow limits. So I am thinking he needs more PS? https://imgur.com/a/8Q83uWH

Currently he uses PS4.

Our symtoms have similar severity (constant hypnic jerks, sleeping only with benzo etc). My therapy completely resolved all sleeping disorders but I needed exactly 5.5 PS. Even my IBS is completely cleared up.

So I am thinking that he need more PS like I did. I was informed that UARS patients need PS between 4 and 6.

Let me know what do you think.
