Help with settings

Help with settings
I've been a ASV user now for 4 months. With the advice of some members here I have been tweaking my pressure settings to try and find a comfortable setting because they were originally too high and I experienced disturbed sleep, mask leakage and severe ringing in my ears. I think I finally have the settings down to a place where I can balance comfort and a decent night sleep. I still see that my AHI is a bit high though and was hoping for some suggestions as to which settings to tweak.

For reference, here are my current numbers:

ResMed Aircurve 10 with Auto ASV
EPAP Min: 6
EPAP Max: 6
PS Min: 2
PS Max: 9.4
Avg AHI: 4.5 to 6.0

As an explanation for why EPAP min and max are the same. I set that based on a recommendation that the large swing in pressure from EPAP to IPAP was causing my ear ringing problems.

Attached is an Oscar snapshot from last night that is pretty typical. I've focused on a 30 minute period with several HA and UA.

Would appreciated any advice on which settings I should change to try and lower the number of events each night.

RE: Help with settings
It looks like you could be having positional apnea. No pressure changes can help. It happens when your chin drops down to your Sternum cutting off your own airway.

It happens more when sleeping on your back. Or you may have to high of a pillow. You have to find out what is causing it and fix it.

Many people have found that a collar helps a great deal. See my link in my signature. It shows people without a collar and the same people with collars and there is a huge difference.
