High AHI's in Mexico City

Sleeprider - I have gone back through my data and compared my data based on where I am at the time and I don't see much more than 100 ml variances regardless of where I am. I tend to be between 500-600 ml pretty much all the time, with a few deviations below or above that. I'm not sure what that means, but its certainly different from the results you saw. On the air curve 10 asv, I have been almost religiously between 530-560 ml.

This is an update. I saw my sleep doctor and had a titration on an auto asv. The asv proved effecitve and he prescribed an asv. I am keeping my fingers crossed that medicare approves it (my doctor thought that there won't be any problems). I am hoping to receive it soon so that I can try it out before returning to Mexico City.
