High AHI while awake?

RE: High AHI while awake?
I have what I call "snooze alarm centrals". This is when the alarm goes off, I roll over and swat the snooze, go back to sleep, and repeat. Every time I hold my breath to roll over and swat the snooze, I have a central. Very pretty graphic: purple pins exactly 5 minutes apart.

^^^^ Ditto.
Elevated centrals are not uncommon when awake or drifting in and out.

Remember, if you sleep for 6 hours, two events will raise your AHI by 0.33, which can look significant if your therapy is effective and you normally run <2
