Now might be a good time to try Bonjour's suggestion and reduce your EPR to 1. Also, you had a cluster of events between 12:40 and 1:00 and a smaller cluster around 1:40. This may indicate a postural problem. Might you have been sleeping on your back and/or tucking your chin down toward your chest?

I did turn the EPR down to 1, I never sleep on my back, Arthur won't let me. I've been very conscious of holding my chin up when I sleep, even rolling my pillow under my chin.

Check again. The chart you posted seems to be showing EPR of 2.
