Just got first machine Resmed Quattro it's set at 19/24 is this normal?

I believe that's the name of your mask, not you machine. Please look for you exact machine name.
if 19/24 are your pressures -- then you are on the high side; but not unheard of. Admin Note:

WELCOME! to the forum.! Which machine do you have? Mirage Quatro is the name of your mask. Hang in there for more answers to your questions and much success to you with your CPAP therapy.
