Last night I had over nine and a half hours sleep. As you'll see from the OSCAR chart the first couple of hours were a bit disturbed but after that, apart from getting up to pee, I slept like a log. I woke up feeling great for the first time in a long while.

What I really like about the chart was the range of pressure which hardly varied. I'm hoping for similar tonight but am not totally confident. What I would like to do is try to sort out that first 90 minutes.

Do you see anything I could do or offer any advice about how to hit the pillow and stay there.
