Grin "Horrible AHI" per Sleepyhead
I'm sure by now anyone using Sleepyhead has been greeted at one time or another with this message:

"You had an AHI of 13.1 which is considered horrible, please consult your doctor"

I have to (mostly tongue-in-cheekly) object to such harsh language considering just the day before I had an AHI of under 5.0 AND...received a 'Silver Medal' from Resmed! Dielaughing

Oh, also...wanted to point out---I left my mask off and running for a few minutes this morning and the software marked this as running 'obstructive' episodes (light blue line). So...take note...not all SH obstructives are created equal.

Peace

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Oh man, that's good.

Ha, thank's Daria. I think without a sense of humor, the whole idea of this would be the end of me.
