Horrible AHI
My AHI has been soaring the past few nights....no health changes, same mask and settings. Here are some screenshots:[attachment=2779][attachment=2781][attachment=2780]
Any ideas what's going on?

RE: Horrible AHI
Your pressure is maxing out at 18 while these event clusters are happening. If you go back to previous days where things were better, did it hit 18 often?
Could be be something like allergies causing your throat tissues to swell? New laundry soap you are allergic to? Change in bed pillow or sleep position? Pesticide spraying in the neighbourhood?

RE: Horrible AHI
Your upper pressure is plateauing out. Are you a back sleeper? You may need to increase your upper limit.
Side note: You could have added this post to your original thread.

RE: Horrible AHI
The events are obstructive which means higher IPAP is needed. As an alternative, you might try a soft cervical collar. A number of members have apnea that is aggravated by body position. In this case the soft (foam) collar is used to keep your airway open by preventing you from tucking your chin. Another possibility may be raising the head of the bed, or using body pillows to avoid sleeping on your back. If you have access to a night security camera, you might try to correlate the events with body position.

RE: Horrible AHI
All charts are hitting max set pressure and not resolving obstructive apnea. An increase in IPAPmax seems prudent.
Also, the 3rd chart shows Large Leak for 25% of the night. That needs to be resolved. You probably didn't get a good seal that night. Admin Note:
