Must have been the B12. The only thing I changed on the machine was the humidity. I turned it up a bit. I am sleepy this morning, but nothing like yesterday. Perhaps it was good to have experienced the off day as a reminder of why I am doing this.

I will add... seeing a low number seems to have a placebo effect in my mind. I really don't care if it is real or imagined. I like feeling better. Coffee
