Cuirass Ventilator
I would like to try one of these.
https://hayekmedical.com/

I am CPAP intolerant, and have tried many different settings.
Does anyone have an idea how I could purchase?

I did,

the guy said I needed a prescription. I don't exactly qualify with sleep apnea.

I personally went the insurance route because I have an expensive ventilator.  There is a short cut to save time by purchasing a new (or used) machine out of pocket.  The Supplier's List here, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, DOTmed, SeachTempest, possibly ebay,  etc.  If you are really serious about trying this, my guess is that it is a very high $ machine.  Do a lot of research on the price of this particular item.  The only other alternative would be a somehow get a prescription from your Dr., etc.

It seems to me a biphasic curiass ventilator is a big step from CPAP and will not be available without a prescription. The basic requirement is "medical necessity". What is your need for such an advanced respirator?
