I deleted it from my Documents--did a file search and have tons of files still showing. Should I clear out a that stuff (translations, different languages, etc) before starting over again? It seems to me I should start with a clear slate!

No need to delete those. Those are needed by the Sleepyhead program. Just wiping out the SleepyHeadData-Testing folder should be enough to restart Sleepyhead to like-new. Give it a try and let us know if you have any problems. If you did delete them already, just unzip the sleepyhead download again and you'll be good to go.
