How accurate is DREEM?
Hello everyone,

did anyone have experience with it? Thoughts?

Once imported to oscar, how does it look like?

EEG diagram for each electrode values or derived automatically recognized sleep stages data only?

RE: How accurate is DREEM?
I had to think long and hard before I paid $145 (129 euros) for a Wellue/Viatom device.  At $499 (445 euros) I prefer to rely on how I feel more than what stage of sleep I was in.   Big Grin

This is just me talking.   Sleep-well

I answered these questions recently here.

On the last question, the latter.

RE: How accurate is DREEM?
I see you are treating yourself for possible UARS.

I got the Dreem for the same purpose, and the main usefulness there is in the sleep staging; I generally look at trends for what Krakow calls REM consolidation; total time in REM/number of REM stages. If you have untreated UARS, you expect that number to be low (he suggests target should be over 15), because of fragmentation.

Or, per Crimson, you can also just see how you feel.

But I don't regret buying it.
