Looks like I uploaded the screenshots wrong, per the instructions. I'm cornfuzed. I tried going by the instructions but got an empty square.

You need to go to imgur, right click on the image, and select "copy image location" then paste it into an image block. Your code will look like this:
Code: -OR- Code:

Your charts look pretty good. Your OA's would probably indicate that you are sleeping on your back at that point. How do you feel? You are hitting your maximum set pressure. I might raise it to 14cm. I like to have a maximum pressure a little higher than I actually need, for those "just in case" nights. Do you really sleep from 12:52 PM to 9:00PM or is your clock off?

There seems to be some mouth breathing/leaking you can work on, that will help. Have a look at bonjour's signature he has a good link to mask fit.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure. https://aasm.org/resources/practiceparam...rating.pdf

yes. the numbers look good, and you could do a few adjustments if you wish. but, the question really is are you feeling as though you are sleeping well. any concerns you are having? your treatment looks effective.

If that was my chart I wouldn't change a thing. I've yet to get under 1 API.

RE: How am I doing? SleepyHead screenshots
The leaks are the main thing for now, napes suggested 14 max would be a better pressure range. The minimum may be better at 10 later.
@walla, put up some charts on one of your old threads that would have your best history and invite the forum to help with your settings, to see if you can get it better, I know that the cervical collar helped a lot.
