Looks pretty good to me. There's a possibility that you have some apnea that didn't show up on their test, deeper sleep is generally more likely to result in apneas due to muscle relaxation, but considering the oximeter's readout, seems like you are fine. If you do go back, I would ask the doc if he is willing to prescribe something. As a similarly bad sleep test-taker, I wish I'd done that rather than lie awake for many hours each time.
