How do you deal with hypopneas, or do you?

How do you deal with hypopneas, or do you?
My therapy seems to be going well, with my AHI always below 3 and usually closer to 1. My OAs are near zero.

My concern is that my hypopneas are increasing, both in number and duration, sometimes well over 60 seconds.

I've settled on a range of 11.2 to 13.2 for pressure with an ERA of 1. Is there anything I can do to affect the hypopneas, or am I worried over nothing. They, along with my centrals, almost always cluster in the middle of the night and just before I wake up.

Thanks for any help/advice you can give.

One thing you can do is look at where the pressure is during that time. If it is hitting the maximum, you may want to up that a little.

It could be that's when you roll onto your back or when you are dreaming.
