How does my data Look

How does my data Look
Hi guys, I have been on CPAP for a week now after being diagnosed of sever sleep apnea (AHI - 54).
I think I am beginning to get used to sleeping with the mask, and I have also felt a very slight improvement in my brain fog/day time fatigue. My AHI is down to the 0.5 -2.6 range, however there have not been a massive improvement in my condition that I have been expecting.
I have just had a look at my OSCAR data, and it looks like there might be large leak from the face mask. I am using a Philips Amara gel full face mask.
I have my OSCAR results from last night.

Do I need to change my mask?

Appreciate your help!

Welcome to the Apnea Board.

Being on the Respironics, the leak chart has 2 traces which is normal for them. The chart data looks pretty good, and even noticing a small improvement indicates you're on the right track. Sometimes PAP therapy takes a few weeks or even months to really pay off.

With this type of reasonably good data it all comes down to how you feel. If you have areas that you'd like to improve, we'll be glad to help. The mask is a personal choice to a large degree. You can always shop for a different one if you think its leaks are a disruption or hindrance. I myself like the Fisher & Paykel Vitera full face, very low leaks with minimal strap tension. If you don't mouth breathe or leak, maybe try a pillows mask like a ResMed P10 or a nasal type.
