How long should I get? [Battery use]

How long should I get? [Battery use]
HI,

New here. I just bought a PowerGorilla battery and I used it with my Resmed 10 (pressure 13) and I got about 10 hours before the battery dipped to 10% power left. The battery is rated for 88 watts and I thought I would get 15 hours so I am a little surprised at how quickly it drained. I do use a 12 volt to 12 volt connect kit with the cigarette lighter attachment so no 120 volt connection.

Does anyone know how long I should have gotten? My old 97 watt battery would give me 17 or 17.5 hours, basically two plus nights and I am disappointed at the one night of power.

Thanks,
Mike

Are you using the humidifier and ClimateLine? If so, that is where all you spare power went.

Humidifier off and climate line not in use. So I am wondering if the battery is older and not holding all the power it should.

Thanks for replying,
Mike

The battery is described as a power pack with 24000mAh/88Wh. Let's compare with the MaxOak 50000mAh(3.7V)/185Wh (130W) Max. Members report getting 2-1/2 nights out of the MaxOak, on DC-DC power, and it has twice the rating, so sounds about right.

Thanks SleepRider. That gives me some reassurance.

Too bad you can not fly with a MaxOak 5000maH.

Cheers,
Mike

Well, you CAN fly with one.  Just not far/quickly/safely.  Pick any two.

I thought TFSA limited it to lithium batteries under 100 watts?

Is it you can not use a battery over 100 watts during flight?

Thanks,
Mike
