How often replace AirFit P10 nasal pillow

To get relief, the second night I tried the medium. Far more comfortable and no irritation. Last week I tried the large just for kicks. Guess what? Best fit yet. No leaks and more comfortable than ever. I wonder if this will also affect longevity?

I tried the medium and it was great for about 4 nights and then leak, leak, leak. I did check as per Palerider's instructions, but no, it just works for a few nights and then leak (it is not collapsed). I'll just periodically trade off the mediums I get in the fit pack. So, I would continue to try that large and see how it goes. Who knows....may be the ideal for you!

I'm actually slightly between sizes for both the Swift and the Airfit P10.

Another update. I visited my DME last week and they said many people complain about AirFit headgear getting loose. ResMed recently came out with clips. Search for "resmed headgear clips". See http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...gear-Clips

I used to sew the headgear shorter but these clips are much easier.
