Dear S+ Users,
We have recently been made aware that some customers are facing a Bluetooth connectivity issue between their S+ and their iOS device after updating to iOS10. If you are one of these customers, we have put together a simple set of instructions to help you resolve this issue.
Follow these simple steps:
1.1After the iOS10 update, manually restart your mobile device and try to connect with the S+. If the issue persists, please try the following steps:
2.Go to Settings and select the Bluetooth option.
3.Click on the 'Info' button adjacent to the S+ Bluetooth connection.
4.Click on "Forget This Device".
5.Switch off the mobile and switch on.
6.Unplug and Plug the S+.
7.Launch S+ App and pair following the instructions in the S+ App.
