How to Set Ramp Function HMD Z1

OK - I've searched the forum for an answer to two questions for my HMD Z1.

1. How to reset the settings (found the answer thank you)

2. How to set the ramp feature.

I've done several searches on the forum trying to find how to set the ramp feature for the Z1 with no luck.

I am sure someone has answered this question here before.
