Start a New Thread with the Right Subject Line!
Since we've gotten an influx of new users lately, I wanted to give a bit of advice. Hey, it's what I do. Bigwink

When starting a new thread asking for help, please please PLEASE make the subject line more specific than "Need Help" or "Question" or "I have a problem". None of this helps you. It doesn't get you the right person(s) quickly.

Specify what the problem is such as:
question about my S9 noise
need help with my Simplus
I have a problem with my P10

What this does is it gets you the people who can help very quickly. Those who know the S9 machines will see that subject line and can jump in to assist. Those of us who use the Simplus or the P10 can do the same. See how that works?

And the number of exclamation points in the subject line won't get help faster. Same with colored and/or large font in your post.
