my sad card is failing. I will put a new one in my Resmed air sense 10. Will it copy all my prior results and/or will oscar keep my old results and simply add the new. any formatting required or does the machine do the?

RE: SD card
The new SD (sad Big Grin) card will have any previous summary data the CPAP has in memory.  Going forward it will only have the detailed sleep data that is generated while it is in your CPAP.   OSCAR maintains all data that you had previously imported. Bottom line is you shouldn't lose anything.

RE: SD card
I'm planning on changing my SD card so this is good info. My time is off two hours, and my AS11 says I have to reformat and erase the SD card to change the time. So eventually I will just save the old card and get a new one. Then get a compatible pulse ox and import data.

RE: SD card
Depending on which side of your timezone your AS11 is set to, come Sunday you could either be off by 1 hour or 3.  Big Grin
(Depending on the AS11's ability to recognize DST)

OH, yes, I did think of that!  Anyway, I'm waiting a few weeks for my rental to turn into a purchase before I make serious changes. In the meantime, I'll follow this thread and others.
