How to delete data points in Oximeter data

How to delete data points in Oximeter data
I have a CMS 50D+ oximeter and am successful in downloading the data to SleepyHead.  However, I have noticed that some data that is recorded has anomalies.  For example, when I remove the oximeter during a bathroom run while it is recording data and then put it back on my finger, the oximeter takes some time to find the correct reading but during that time it records wrong info.  For example it recorded 88,87,90,93,95,97,95,93,91 and then settled on 93 all within the first 50 seconds after I put it on again.  As it turns out, that was the lowest reading of the night so all the reporting shows that low value.  I know how to exclude data in SpO2 Assistant but I cannot get it to change the data so that SleepyHead doesn't see that data.  Is there a way?  I'd like to show the data to my Doc without having to explain away artifacts.

Thanks you your help.

It's possible to edit the SpO2 file and it's not exactly easy, especially it it's from a CMS50F or I because it also has a time field to be edited.

Ideally you want to display the graph and allow the user to select the chunk to remove. I'm too lazy to dig into graphical programs to do that.

It also has all the problems of data falsification that arise from any editing program...

Sounds like it is easier to explain away to the Doc than to modify it....Thanks!
