0??? I can't even imagine that. The best i had till now has been 1.8 that too a couple of days ago when i took a trika 0.5 tablet.
My ahi usually is around 5-7. It dometimes bump upto 15 even. I am not a mouth breather. Also there are no leakages. Just seeing how eveyone has around 1-2 makes me feel pathetic about myself. I am just 27 years old and using apap since october 2016.

I have had some zero event nights, but it isn't very common (or important) for me. The first step is to optimize your settings to provide a narrow range of pressure that is effective. If your pressure range is 4 to 16 as indicated by your profile, then narrowing that range will help. A good first step is to increase the minimum pressure to equal your current average or median pressure. Good luck! "A good first step is to increase the minimum pressure to equal your current average or median pressure." Question: Where/how do I find that info, please? I think it's time for me to make some changes even before I return to the States and meet with my sleep specialist. Thanks for your help! Best.

If my memory serves me correctly there isn't an auto setting on the Airsense 10 like you got so you can find your average pressure, (its all set manually) only on the Aircurve VAuto like I (and Sleeprider) have will self adjust. Hell you aint even really got to worry about the numbers you put in there really. I just picked 4 for the minimum as it was lowest as it would go and 14 was the highest I usually went. Like I said though the machine self adjusts, so as long as its set in a wide range it will take care of things itself and put you where you need be.
RE: How to get to zero apneas??
A great night sleep trumps a 0.0 AHI but the quest to get your lowest AHI possible with a great night's sleep is what we strive for. In this quest I have gotten many 0 nights and so I have tried to track what 0 night's have in common at least most of the time. For me it is two things: 1) a glass or 2 of wine or 1 or 2 beers - so a modest amount of alcohol; and 2) going to bed long after eating a light meal so I'm almost ready to eat again before getting in bed. These two factors consistently produce very very low AHI or 0.

I tried the Dreamware, those big straps that slide around your head annoyed the heck out of me, The P10 just has some teeny little straps and is much more minimal & comfortable! Some people swear on the Dreamware though, different strokes for different folks I reckon! Check out the reviews section here, lots of comparison on them there.
