Breathing Video explained
Instead of diving into the deep end of the swimming pool, like I’ve been doing with cpap and sleep apnea, I decided to start learning from the beginning, this video I think is a good place to start, then learn how to read the Oscar charts, the charts are so confusing to me so I been searching the net for individual parts like Flow Rate, Pressure, Leak Rate Etc, to get a full understanding of what these do.
