That you are having CO2 induced Central Hypopneas or flow limits prior to the Arousal.

From the chart data I am guessing flow limit.

CO2 induced Central flow limits then.

Good thing is I have seen a general decrease in CAs this week after EPR OFF. Hopefully the trend continues into next week. If indeed I manage to get the CAs down over time, will EPR help with the hypopneas then?

EPR will help with hypopneas, flow limits, RERAs, and UARS with or without any CA events.

Consistently inconsistent... Back to the 3-5 AHIs this week....

I think I can tell these CAs are CO2 induced as I see the waxing and waning of the breaths... What I can't seem to understand is how to interpret the hypopneas..  Could someone please explain? There doesn't seem to be anything different than other breaths. Some seem to be in the middle of a regular breath, while others with irregular breathing, but there doesn't seem to be any breaks in breathing.

The hypopneas are because of the smaller breaths before them, which are small enough to meet the criteria for a hypopnea, but not low enough to meet the criteria for an apnea. Think of a hypopnea as partway between normal full breaths and no breathing of an apnea.

Three weeks into my EPR OFF change I am still getting nights like these.. Seems like more often and to a higher degree.. My average CA events have gone way up in the statistics page. Also feel like I am tossing and turning more during the night.

Should I go back to EPR 1 or 2? Anything you'd like to see zoomed in?

Your Flow limits are high. Increase EPR/PS to further treat them.
Try EPR=2, it seemed to be better at that level.
